Access to details upon subscription expiry?

Will we be able to access all transactions if and when we suspend our Clearbooks subscription? I am concerned that we won't have access to important information for reference purposes if closed and a customer raises a query about a specific transaction which we would be unable to locate/view etc.
Very important to be able to access details when needed. It wasn't a problem with desktop versions because we were always able to access the old info whenever needed but as the backup is inaccessible I'm concerned about how we go about accessing old transactions etc? (Without an active subscription that is)
