Hi Daniel, Firstly, you need to go to Sales > Invoices > Recurring. If you do not have a template in there it will prompt you to make one (there is no frequency on this page), it's just a template for the system to learn what fields you want to use > Click create > Now you will be able to actually set up a recurring invoice. Please ensure that the date and due date are set to 1st of the month and then on the 3rd line you will see there is a frequency field (set this to monthly). It should now set it up for every 1st of the month.

If you prefer you can look at this on the demo account first as this will give you a good idea of how it works.
