Viewing the PDF of an invoice shows GBP instead of £

Why is it that when you view an invoice as a PDF it shows GBP instead of £ but when you view it as the print option it shows the pounds sign?

Surely they should be the same regardless of the chosen format.

I have just been informed by the developers that this issue appears to now be fixed for all accounts. So, if you could all check and make sure that wqould be great.

Oh really - I hadn't checked as I assumed someone would have responded from Clearbooks on here!? Thanks and I'll check now.

Seems to be working again for me (from yesterday). It shows £ instead of GBP again.

Can you provide me with an idea of when this may be resolved please.

Hi - same issue here. Looks weird. Hopefully quickly fixed.

Hi David, I'm sorry to hear you have been having these problems. This is actually a known issue on the system which seems to have re-emerged. I have informed the technical bugs team and they will be working on it as quickly as possible to get it resolved and working again. I will keep you updated as to its progress.
