Cancellation/Refund

Hi,

My subscription renewed on 2 Sept 2014 and our card was charged. Unfortunately we have decided to stop using Clearbooks for our accounting and would like to cancel and request a refund of this renewal which we hadn't cancelled as we didn't realise it would auto renew and auto charge.

Sorry to cause any problems! You should see Clearbooks wasn't used for any transactions since August - before the renewal.

As a side note: we have been trying to extract data for our accountant next year - is there a simple way to download transactions by bank with description of our entries etc? I forsee this would be what they want us to send them etc

Hello Craig,

Please can you send us an email to contact support so we can make the relevant changes to your account. I cannot see any pending account closure requests on your account unfortunately. We will be more than happy to close your account and then refund you any overcharges at the same time.

In regards to your second query, again, we will add a trial to your account so you can access your information.

There are many reports which your new accountant may request and most of them can be found by Tools > Export > Export. You will need to click on the download file box to save it as a CSV.

If your accountant does not want a record for everything on your Clear Books account, you maybe able to give them a copy of your trial balance as per a certain day. For this, go to Reports > Financials > Trial Balance and save as a PDF or CSV.

We have stopped working on clearbooks for one of my company since last 2month approximately.

but now we have to finalise the accounts for which we need the reports from clearbooks.

Can you please let me have the solution in this case how can we extract the reports.
