So I have a Bank Account and a Credit Card Account set up
I have a bill created for everything charged to the comapny credit card
How do I pay the credit card bill from the Bank account in Clearbooks?
You've created a bill payable to X Credit Card Company and listed the individual credit card transactions within that bill?
Firstly, that's not really the way you should do it as the timing of the expenses within could be off come year-end. I'd personally create individual bills (or Money Out transactions) for each item, then paying for the item (or taking the money out of) the credit card account.
In your current circumstance, you simply pay the bill from the bank account like you would any other bill.

Kevin is right, it's best to pay it like you would any other Money Out transaction.
