Customer Address not showing on invoices

How do I get the customer address to show on their invoices? At the moment it only shows their contact name, company name and email. Thanks

Would you please be able to email the details directly to us so that we can take a thorough look? If you could let us know the theme, customer and the correct emails that would be great. The address is contact support

Two questions:

  1. Which invoice template are you using?
  2. Silly question but I presume you've saved their address within the customer details screen?

Good morning Kate,

I can see that you have set up your own invoice theme successfully. In order to see the customers address on their invoices, you first need to make sure that all address information is filled in. Please navigate to Sales > Customers and check if all relevant information is present. You can now try to make an invoice (please be aware that the numbering of the invoices starts once you will create your first invoice). Change the theme setting of your invoices to the one you created and click on the PDF button to see if now all information details are present.

Let me know if the address details are still not showing. Simone

It is actually a Purchase Order that i am trying to create, not an invoice. Should've made that clear. THeir address is definitely in the system. When i change the template to one of the standard system ones the address is there, but in my theme it isn;t. I guess that i have deleted the bit of code that tells the template to put the customer address in. Any idea how i get it back? Thanks Kate

Hi Kate,

If it is indeed a coding issue, then you can simply make a new theme and apply it to the PO. Or, a quicker answer would be to copy the correct bit of coding from another, but you would have to be certain which bit you want.

I've given up on that and now started with a new theme again! Only problem now is that it is showing my email address on the PO rather than the companies email address that is in the Organisation settings. Why would this be? Thanks Kate
