I've noticed a few times that I see various things in drop down boxes that I probably shouldn't For instance, when allocating cash, I've noticed "Stuart Hume Expenses". Or just now, going to Import rules -> Create. When I select the drop down list for account under "current liabilities" I see "Ali Mahdavi Director Loan".
This seems quite dodgy to me - information leaking between your clients?
Hi John,
It seems as though an account code template created by your accountant may have been used to set up your chart of accounts, in which account codes from this template are being displayed . You can delete these account codes by clicking the manage drop down list to the right of these account codes in the settings > codes page, and clicking the delete button.
