cannot void invoice

i HAVE A PROBLEM WITH IN CLEAR BOOKS ABOUT INVOICE- I CANNOT VOID IT OR EDIT THE LAST 5-6 INVOICE GOT THIS PROBLEMS thank you for let me know Massimo ITALIANRENTALS4U acccount

Hi Massimo,

I've responded to your ticket, but I'll provide the solution here as well.

You need to mark the invoice as unpaid, there should be a button for this.

Please view the screenshot on this link: http://prntscr.com/55xsx8. One it is marked as unpaid, the void button will show up.
