PFX type of document

Hi,

Is document type PFX (000162) is created automatically? Can you please check what this one relates to? I can not find anything...

Hi Elena,

A PFX is a prefix for a purchase bill document that is created for a foreign exchange adjustment.

Thank you. So amount for that journal is calculated by Clear books, correct?

Hi Elena,

Yes, the amount is automatically calculated by the Clear Books system when there is a difference between the exchange rate of when the invoice was created and paid.
