user permissions in staff room

I have given my client (business owner) full access to all areas in CB, including Staff Room. But when he tries to access Staff Room, he is told to "contact your accountant who has admin rights". Can anyone advise? Thanks

Can I just ask which account this is for please?

It sounds as though you will have to set up an employee on Payroll and associate them with your client in the Users section on Clear Books. If you can let me know the account name I will have a look into this for you, including checking your subscription plan.
