Cash Account

Hi

I have paid for various items in cash over the last few months. I have set up a cash account showing on the dashboard as -£331.00. I have now been and drawn £300.00 cash from the bank how do allocate this money that is showing on my bank transactions and reduce my -£331.00 by the £300.00 drawn out to repay myself

It's simply an inter-account transfer.

Money > Manage Money > Transfer

Hi Russ,

I agree with Kevin you will need to create a transfer between your Cash account and bank account.

Thanks again for your help. As I've mentioned before I am a tradesman and due to my fathers illness been thrown in at the deep end with all the paperwork. I have now got into the basics and appreciate all the help and advice you have all offered, There is so much more I could possibly do with Clearbooks and hope to pick things up one by one.
