Product Codes

My current employer uses Sage for the accounts side of things. We currently use product codes so when quoting I simply type a code such as tree_1 and that relates to a particular product with a wordy description, for example

I type 'tree_1' for an item. This will not appear on the quote as it is simply a product code that we use This will then generate a long description 'Mature Flowering Shrub......' which will appear on the quote along with the unit cost

Is there a similar feature in clear books that I am missing?
