Cant import my bank CSV

Hi,

I am hoping you can help me to import a csv file into my clearbooks business account.

It is not working but has always worked until now..

Can i send you the file to try and import for me ?

Hi Tom,

Yes, provided the format of the future csv files is identical to the csv file you submitted to myself, there shouldn't be any adjustments required to the mappings and therefore can still be in place for the next import.

Can i just ask, the next time i do it will i have to make new mappings, or has the adjustment you made still be in place for the next import ?
