RTI Returns

Some of our RTI return files are showing with a status of failed. The details screen showing the errors is blank.

Also, we know that these returns have been received successfully by HMRC.

How can we amend the status of these returns to show as successful?

Hi Andrew,

I am sorry for the issues you have been experiencing.

Normally these status updates come straight from HMRC. However, when you say that you know that HMRC received them successfully does this mean that they sent you confirmations with correlation ID's in? If you did receive these ID's please could you forward them onto us and we will be able to make the necessary changes.

I realise that you may not wish to publish them here on Community, therefore if you would like to email them to contact support and mark them for my attention that would be great!
