How to send an invite to give access to Clearbooks

Question asked by Elaine Roscoe 10 years ago

Hi,

I have a new client whom I have recommended they use Clearbooks for their bookkeeping and accounts. I am not a clearbooks partner at the moment but am looking in to this. Can someone contact me re this early next week?

My client is going to take the free trial for now but still needs to invite me as his accountant.

He is currently a sole trader. Can his self-assessment be done through clearbooks?

Kind Regards,

Elaine Roscoe

Hello Elaine,

Please can you email contact support with your contact details so someone can call you back.

For the SA100 submission, there is a form to use via Clear Books but it is still in Beta testing. We have had other accounting partners use this feature and make successful submissions.

The SA100 form will be pre-populated for most fields but other fields such as dividends, property income and savings income will need to be filled out as required. This is only available for accounting partners and the client itself cannot access this themselves.
