Co Branding

It would be really great to see additional co branding functionality being added.

Adding a partner logo in the top right hand corner is great but if partners were also able to make simple colour changes, eg changing the colour of the navigation bar and sub navigation bar to match their own websites this would really give their clients the sense of continuity.

Hi Spencer

I was really hung up on that exact same thing a couple of yrs back and if i'm being totally honest it lead me away from ClearBooks (and all other mainstream providers) in the first instance.

Then I thought/realised:

  1. do my clients care?
  2. should I really expect ClearBooks to remove their colour scheme and/or branding - it's their product after all.

In the end, I decided the answers to both questions were no. The clients care about the quality of your work/support and likely feel a level of added security being able to see you're 'backed' by a firm such as ClearBooks. For that reason I chose to embrace it all instead of worrying about things that I was likely to be the only one bothered about.

Hi Spencer,

Thanks for this idea. That sounds like it would look pretty good. Let's see if this is something others would like to see too. We will have to check in with the developers and designers to see whether this would be possible too.
