Option 3 - auto reminder

Great feature but the date of the first chaser going out is quite annoying. I'd personally like an email to be sent within say 1-2 days of the due date passing but if I quote this in the interval box chasers would then be sent every 1-2 days - annoying for the client. If I set a more reasonable interval of 7 days the first chaser doesn't go out until 7 days after the due date - a bit late.

I'd therefore suggest two options: 1) Timing of first chaser 2) interval period thereafter.
