Payroll: Warning for employees with attachment orders

Payroll doesn't support attachment orders at the mo - poor but we work round it.

However it would be really handy if we could at least set a flag for employees that do have attachment orders so we get a warning msg or something when trying to process their pay. A simple yes/no option in the employee details section would be enough which in turn triggers the msg. It would certainly be better than nothing.
