Edit and delete Account Group Names

Would it be possible for users to update not only Account Code names but also the Account Type within which each code falls and, indeed, the Account Type names? This would help significantly with the layout of my P&L.

Currently, once an Account Code has been used or set up it is locked into it's Account Type and cannot be moved to another existing (or new) Account Type.
