Detailed Report with all account codes

we are using the CSV function of the Cash Flow/P&L reports to feed in to our customised Excel-Budget and reporting tool. One major problem we face is that clear books consolidating the reports - meaning account codes not used in a specific periods are not shown. That makes it a bit harder to automate the process. It would be great to have more flexibility to create customised reports. I am looking for a setting where we could toggle between "consolidated" and "unconsolidated" reports in order to create reports that are structure wise identical and are not dependent on which account code has entries in the reporting period.

Please consider providing such functionality or point us to a way we can do this with the current version.
