Make attachment upload process easier

I don't currently attach copies of receipts to the corresponding bills in CB's but I can see the benefit for some. Having just tested it quickly though, the process seems a tad cumbersome.

Having a box like the one below where you could quickly drag/drop the file instead of clicking through and uploading it would speed things up no end i'd have thought.

It would also be handy to be able to add the attachment from the "Quick Pay" screen for purchases. I have 2 clients that are "paperless" so attach everything and it is certainly time consuming.
