Please see below for an overview of the new features that have been released in the past fortnight, and what's coming soon...
What we have done
- We have modified the bank statement, as per this post: https://secure.clearbooks.co.uk/community/news/11548/bank-statement-transaction-explain-improvements
- If you have multiple Clear Books accounts, you can now see from the login screen which ones are active and which have expired.
- In addition, when adding or editing time sheets, projects will now be grouped by whether they are linked to the selected client or not, similarly tasks will be grouped by whether they are linked to the selected project.
- We have made an improvement to the CRM system which means that there is no longer a ‘start date’ and a ‘due date’ but just one; this will prevent future confusion when entering data.

- As part of our ongoing auto-enrolment project, we have created a report which enables employers to categorise their employees.
What we are doing
- We’re working on allowing users to be able to export bank transactions from the "bank screen". At the moment, this is possible by going to Report > Other > Transactions.
- We’re also making a monthly version of the budget comparison in addition to the year-to-date comparison. This will also now be printable as a PDF file.
