Improvement: Contact report now includes "Date created" & "Last transaction date" fields

Hello Community,

I am pleased to announce that the Contacts reports have now been updated to include "Date created" & "Last transaction date" fields. This will allow for contact information to be monitored and help to determine when contact information meets the criteria of no longer being of use, enabling for contact information to be removed accordingly. This helps to identify customers that are over 7 years old.

This can be generated by heading to Tools > Export >Export, setting the data type to All Contacts/Customers/Suppliers.
