Announcement: Preview available - Refreshed bank explain, now with AI-powered account code suggestion

We are rolling out a refreshed look for the bank explain screen, which now includes AI-powered account code suggestions. Prior to making this available to everyone, you can get early access to this new user interface and provide your feedback via your Preview area.

Some changes to note:

• Reconcilable items are shown in their own section instead of grouped with unpaid bills and invoices for allocation.
• Reconcilable items now include any unreconciled payments and receipts including bank transfers, unallocated cash, part payments and multiple invoice/bill payments.
• The text 'To update all transactions using the rule XX please click:' and button 'Mass update', has been replaced with an 'Auto explain transactions using this rule' button.
• The new Clear Books AI engine will suggest an account code for new bank payments, with up to four further suggestions available in the drop down list, unless an account code is provided by an import rule or contact default.
• 'Multiple items' tab has been removed. All of the functionality of this tab is now available in the 'Transaction' tab.
