I've had a few problems changing VAT schemes from cash to invoice basis as of 1st April. I wanted to re-assure myself the numbers were correct before I filed. When I ran the first VAT return and looked, it wasn't at all what I expected, so I rang the phone support line. Tommy was excellent. He listened, was equally surprised by the numbers, talked me through it, and we made some changes together. Over two days he investigated, rang back every time he said he would with more information, and explained carefully what and why. Finally, last night at about 7pm, I got to the stage where everything added up and matched, and I filed the VAT return, and have a high degree of confidence the position will unwind to the right point as invoices and bills are paid. So thanks Tommy for listening, being thoughtful, being intelligent, diligent, and following through. Excellent customer support. I really appreciate it.
