how can you unsubscribe partner from your account

We have changed accountants and need to unsubscribe partner from our clear books accounts. How can we do this?

What happens if the new accountant doesn't have a partner account with you? Would I able to access my account by switching to regular subscription?

Hello Corinne,

You need to get your partner to email us a transfer of account ownership and who is going to be the new owner.

We need to do this so that we can disconnect the partner plan as well as make subscription changes and admin holder changes.
