Incorrect amount entered for dividend payment

Hi

I got a little bit confused with the dividend tax credit and entered our first dividend paid as the wrong net amount (£900) instead of the amount which was actually paid (£1000) but I can't seem to find a way to delete or edit it. Please help?

Hi Clare,

If you head to Purchases > Dividends > Overview, you will see that at the end of each line is a red X. Please press this and it will delete the erroneous dividend for you.

Thanks Chris, I have tried to do this but when I click on the red x, I get an error message saying "A dividend with this ID does not exist"

Any further suggestions?
