What Bank Holiday's does HR use?

I'm reconciling my internal staff holiday spreadsheet with the HR absences on Clearbooks but they seem to be a day off. The issue seems to lie in that Clearbooks is recording every bank holiday other than January 1? My year runs from Jan 1 - Dec 31 so it should be included?

Is there anywhere I can view / edit the bank holidays in the system? Thanks.

Hi Adam,

That is odd - I have escalated to the technical team to find out why this date was skipped for your employees. As soon as they have a resolution I shall update you here.
