Just trying to get someone at Clearbooks to give a definitive answer to my support ticket. Public humiliation on my Twitter feed might have to be the next step.

I'll look into what this issue is and speak with my colleagues who are dealing with it currently.

It doesn't appear to have a ticket number showing, though the web address includes the number '81161' if that helps. It is entitled 'GoCardless allocation'. Many thanks
