Unallocated payment list on statements (showing zero balance unallocated payments)

Hi,

Can you please look into and advise why on each statement there are a list of £0.00 unallocated payments showing.

Of course this is useless information and does look professional when issuing statements to our customers.

An example is attached for your perusal.
