Attachments

When I create a new sales order or quote and I save it then go to attachments the system sometimes (not always, it random) will have attached multiple documents that have nothing to do with what I have created, this is before I have even gone it to attached anything at all, I will then have to unattach them and delete them before attaching the correct documents. The random documents are documents that are attached to other unrelated items but when I go to the item it hasn't unattached it from the item it does apply to it is still there.

Hi Georgia,

I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. Can I ask, have you deleted the attachments shown in the example above? As I have also been unable to replicate the issue at this end. It would be helpful if we could get a specific example of an invoice or PO this is happening on, as it is a random occurrence it is difficult to narrow down the cause once the attachments have been deleted.

If you wouldn't mind sending any further details you might have to contact support I can then investigate further for you.

Hi Georgia - as this has never happened with any Quotes etc I've raised, it might be a glitch in your data and so you are better raising a ticket (message) with support via "Need Help" and they can then login and examine your records to track down the problem.
