Attached documents not readable

I have noticed today that my attached documents cannot be oppened. We get a message that says 'This XML file does not appear to have any information associated with it'.

I don't know why this is happening, I know the attachments have been readable in the past. Can you please look into this? It will be a nightmare if I have to reattach every bill we have ever created!! That would take me days and would make for a very unhappy customer.

Hi Olaya

I have just checked your account and was able to view a selection of attachments to your bills - are there any specific bill numbers I can check which you are experiencing the problem on?
