Reset our account and Data Import

Hi, I hope somebody will be able to help me, I had created a dummy new client and I am trying to delete this and cant, and also the holiday entitlement, I was messing about with the HR section and saved the holiday entitlement as the wrong period and I cannot change this, please could you look in to this for me and advice ASAP as I want to start using clear books before refering clients to is.

Also, could you guide on how i could import clients and suppliers into clear book system rather than manually keying them in.

Hi Mariah,

To reset your account head to Settings > Configure system > Reset account

On the next page, you can set a new financial period you want the account to start from post reset and then enter your password and click 'Reset' to complete. This will delete all accounting data for you to start over.

For your second query, customers and suppliers can be input in bulk by uploading a CSV file to the system, using the import tool in Tools > Import.
