Attachments

When sending invoices there is the option to have up to 10 attachments. Our company often has to send worksheets along with our invoices so this is a very useful feature.
When attempting to attach a file the button isn't very clear and has no writing on it, it actually looks like half a button, nonetheless it still opens up the option to choose a file. When a file has been chosen there is no indication what has actually been attached so to test it I BCC myself in the email. When I checked what had been received there was no attachment.
If someone could provide some advice on this it would be greatly appreciated.
