On the "My Tickets" page at the top says "New Post"

When I am on the My Tickets Page like now. And I want to create a new Ticket it says "New Post". I don't know weather this is going to create a ticket or a post

Hi Nicholas,

Apologies for the delayed response.

I can see how this may be a little confusing, but the "New post" button in the top right corner is to create a new post to add to the community. The only way to create a ticket would be by sending your queries to Support@clearbooks.co.uk via an email.
