Invoice Numbers?

Hello, Can anyone shed any light on my issue with invoice numbers?

We have been running Sage and CB until recently and I am keen to continue the numbering. I have changed the numbering in invoice themes-preferences but this is not showing when I create a new invoice and I have to change it manually each time. What haven't I done to make this happen?!

Hi Andrea,

Sorry for the delay in response.

If this is yet to be resolved, then it could have been caused for a variety of reasons, such as the system looks to follow a sequence so if there are any gaps in the invoice numbering can cause this to happen.

Please raise a ticket by sending some more further details about the problem and your account information to contact support.
