Functions are not working

Hello,

I can see the different tabs but when I select an option to create an invoice or edit an existing order, the system is not responding & the page turns blank & freezes.

This has now been 3 hours without use of the system.

Please let me know when this problem will be resolved asap.

Hi John,

I am running it through the Chrome at the moment. I believe there were issues on Friday also for one of my colleagues?

Hi Rebecca - that's odd we are not getting any other reports of this at the moment, would it be possible to let me know which browser you are using and if possible to try in any other browsers if you have any to help narrow down the problem?
