Mistaken credit note

Hi - There is a credit note - PCN004265 - that is an error. But I cannot delete it. Can you please remove this whole entry. Thanks.

Hi Paul,
The credit note (PCN004265) is partially allocated to the Bill (PUR004264) which is why the credit note can not be deleted.
If you would like to maintain the application of a credit note to this transaction but remove the remaining value you would be required to, remove the allocated part of this credit note from transaction allowing you the ability to delete the credit note. Then generate another credit note for the value you would like to apply to the account. Hence removing the floating credit from the system.
