Archieving Suppliers / Clients

If I achieve a client or a supplier I thought they should no longer appear on the drop down list when creating a new invoice / bill is that correct?

Hi Rudi,
That is correct when a contact is archived they will be removed from Invoice/bills customer lists.

Thanks Theo, is there a way of removing them from the A-Z list of clients / suppliers?
Not at the moment, but is something that is being considered by the development team.
