Invoice Description Box

Anyway I can get rid of need to put something in this box?

Hmm that's odd I can't seem to re-create. Having seen your browser details (I have removed from the post) - you can try updating your version. I'm not sure if this will resolve the problem but it is worth a try -

To update Google Chrome:

On your computer, open Chrome. At the top right, click More More. Click Update Google Chrome.

Looking back it doesn't move for newly created invoices, only when I am going into amend an old one, or when I copy an old one and then make changes.

One problem is that it jumps back every time I make a change, is there a way I can make it stay that size until the invoice has been totally completed?

Hi Karen,

if you see in the bottom right of the box there is a slider that you can use to expand the box to make it bigger. Please see the screenshot below.

Hi Tommy, I am finding the box to small now, I cant see everything that in it, how do I make this bigger?

Unfortunately not, the description box is a mandatory field.
