Option to file VAT return not showing

Hey, for one of my client i activated from toggle features online VAT filling option but when i open VAT return option to insert Govt Gateway id and Password not showing. Can you please look into and let me know the possible solution thanks

I see.

You appear to have two logins for the account in question, one of which is the main contact (Admin permission) and the second being a user (Restricted Permission). In this case, it would seem that you are logging in using the user account credentials, hence your inability to submit.

If you have forgotten the credentials for the admin user or require a password reset, please send an email to Support@clearbooks.co.uk to formally confirm this request (marking this for my attention).

It would seem that everything is displaying as expected. Both options, "online VAT filing" & "Set accountant as agent", are toggled on correctly.

The Electronic submission boxes are only present once a return has been selected as seen below.
