Explaining a bank payment to a fixed asset account is not automatically creating the asset like it used to

We had changed this some time ago as there were some issues of duplicating fixed assets when users' were editing the account code. In this case, to generate the fixed asset, you must head into the bill and click the Generate Pending Asset.
