Locked out of account

My account has been locked. Payment was tried over Xmas on an old card. Ive updated card but says could be 10 days. I desperately need access to my service to keep on top of my accounts? what can I dot to get access?

Please help.

Hi Ben,

Are you able to email in your account name to support@clearbooks.co.uk? As Direct Debit takes up to 10 days to clear, the system would lock the account until payment has been successful. However, we are able to manually unlock your account.
