Transferring credit card payments from Merchant Services Provider

I run a pub and take credit card and cash sales. All credit card transactions are handled by First Data Merchant Services and are paid into my account approx a week later. I have created a bank account called TILL to record my daily takings both in cash sales and credit card and this creates an invoice. How do I match the invoice to the incoming payments from First Data. At the moment it seems that I have a lot of cash in my account which I do not!
