I keep getting an Oops message when I try to create a bill from photo. I have deleted and reinstalled the app but cannot get it to work. Anyone else had this?

I'm terribly sorry to hear this. However, I must inform you that deleting and re-installing the application will not resolve the issue. May I ask that you contact support and send us an example bill for further investigation?
