Aged Creditors Listing

I am new to Clearbooks and would like help on the following please.

On the Aged Creditors listing there is a line 'Journals' with an amount. This is an incorrect journal that was posted well before my time.

Please could you let me know how I can write off the amount so that there 'Journal' creditor disappears from the list and leaves me with the actual creditors totals.

I would advise deleting the journal if you can.
