Bank Feed not connecting

Our bank feed has not connected to our bank since end February.

I have tried renewing the feed and have now disconnected it but Plaid repeatedly reports an ‘error try again later’ message when I try to reconnect but this has been happening for days.

Hi Pauline,

In this case, could you click the Delete button, then re-add the feed from scratch? This should resolve the issue.

Can I confirm if you bank with TSB? At current, there is a pending issue for the TSB bank feeds.

Thank you for confirming. Unfortunately, they were unable to provide an ETA. I will update you as soon as I have more information.

Same here with TSB FROM February. Now 23rd April and nothing…

Unfortunately, we are still awaiting for a resolution between TSB and our Bank Feed provider. We are chasing for updates every other day.

We do apologise for the inconvenience. If transactions are urgent, you can manually import bank statements for the meantime.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, we are still awaiting a fix from TSB and our provider. In the meantime, if transactions are urgent, you can download your bank statement from your online banking and manually import this.
