Unable to re-authenticate bank feed

Hi there I need to re-authenticate my HSBC bank feed but I'm getting a 'cannot connect to provider' error message. Is this a known issue? Thanks, Kate

In this case, could you delete the feed and re-add this? This should resolve the issue.
