Bank feed Issues

have had multiple bank feed issues over the last few weeks, for both Barclays and Santander

both feeds have been deleted and readded only for plaid to lose the connection again less than 2 weeks later, both requiring feed to be reset again

Would you be able to send a screenshot of this in our outstanding support ticket please?

Sadly my bank accounts now only appear when I log in on the tablet. I have no bank accounts when I log in on my phone and can't re-add them

I have taken a look and can see your feed has imported up to date.

Plaid hasn't worked properly for weeks now. I have deleted, reset up my bank accounts, reinstated connections, but it just always says disconnected.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Could you please submit a support ticket including an example account this issue relates to?

I can then escalate the error logs to our Provider to investigate.

its across mulitple companies and clients

i submitted a support ticket previosuly, but the reply is just delete the feed and start again

thats been done and feeds are still breaking, there seems to be a clear issue with the feed provider
