Received email to watch replay of webinar however the video plays for 4 seconds and then shows "the Webinar has ended Thank you!"... I know it's ended that's why i'm trying to watch the replay

Can I confirm if you are using the web browser Safari? If so, you will need to update to Safari 15.6 and above.

That is very strange, can you try this on Google Chrome and let me know if the issue persists?

Hi Thank you for your quick reply, Yes I've just checked google chrome and I'm able to watch through that browser. Must be an issue specifically linked to Safari. Thank you
